Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) tells The Daily Show's Jon Stewart why she supports repealing the medical device tax – even though she voted against its repeal.
In April 2012, as she battled then-Sen. Scott Brown (R) for the Bay State's junior seat in the Upper Chamber, Warren wrote an exclusive op-ed for MassDevice.com explaining why she thinks the 2.3 excise tax on U.S. sales of medical devices is a bad idea.
Warren told Stewart last month that her stance hasn't changed.
