Feds fight dismissal of charges in Abbott-AMO insider trading case




Federal prosecutors fight a move by ex-Orioles baseballer Doug DeCinces to have charges dropped from the insider trading case involving ex-Advanced Medical Optics CEO James Mazzo, who's accused of passing along inside info on Abbott's $2.8 billion AMO buyout.






Federal prosecutors are fighting a bid by Doug DeCinces, the ex-Orioles player accused of insider trading on information he got from former Advanced Medical Optics CEO James Mazzo, to have a raft of charges dropped from his indictment.
