Lexmark shells out $37m for imaging software maker Claron




Office printer giant Lexmark International is buying a Canadian maker of medical imaging software for $37 million.






A Kentucky company known more for its office laser printers is buying a Canadian producer of medical imaging software and technology, tapping into healthcare's growing reliance on digital content.
