Nelipak picks up thermoformer Tegrant Alloyd Brands from Sonoco

Nelipak Healthcare PackagingNelipak said today that it acquired a thermoforming company in Puerto Rico, Tegrant Alloyd Brands, from Sonoco for an undisclosed amount.
