Check-Cap says it plans to put its share up for $10 to $12 a piece in a pending initial public offering to back its ingestible X-ray imaging capsule for colon cancer screening.
Check-Cap set the terms for its proposed initial public offering, which would fetch $13.2 million at the midpoint of the range.
The Israeli developer of an ingestible X-ray imaging capsule for colon cancer screening said it plans to sell 1.2 million shares at between $10 and $12 apiece.
