Among the 10 largest medtech employers, workers feel pride in working on life-saving products – but there’s also frustration with big corporate bureaucracy.

That was the major takeaway as Medical Design & Outsourcing compiled some of the most insightful current and former employee reviews posted on Glassdoor.

The 10 companies we’re counting down were the largest medical device industry employers in our newest annual Big 100 list, which includes the top 100 medtech companies across the globe by revenue.

Note: Employee and other Big 100 numbers were compiled from companies’ latest annual financial reports, as well as some information requests with companies. A few of the largest medtech companies that are also conglomerates, such as Johnson & Johnson and 3M, do not disclose their number of medical device employees out of total employees, so we couldn’t include them in this list.
