Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE:EW) this week priced a $600 million offering of senior notes due 2028.
The Irvine, Calif.-based company inked an underwriting agreement to issue and sell 4.3% senior unsecured notes due 2028 through several underwriters, according to an SEC filing.
Underwriters included in the offering are Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith and J.P. Morgan Securities, according to the filing.
The company has not publicly disclosed any other details of the offering, or how it plans to use funds raised.
In early May, Edwards said it inked a deal to repurchase an aggregate of $400 million in its common shares.
