Inovio Pharmaceuticals (NSDQ:INO) said today that it priced its underwritten public offering of 12.5 million shares of common stock at $6.00 apiece. The offering is expected to bring in nearly $75 million for the Plymouth Meeting, Penn.-based company.
The offering, which is expected to close on July 25, includes a 30-day option for underwriters to buy up to 1,875,000 additional shares of common stock.
