BioClinica said today it launched its eHealth Cloud service platform designed to improve pre-approval and post-approval clinical trial research.
The platform service provides public consumer, private cloud, managed cloud and custom options for researchers involved in clinical trials, the Newton, Pa.-based company said.
“The eHealth Cloud is an exciting new delivery model for BioClinica’s eClinical suite of products, providing scale, reliability, and quality of service that measures up to the most complex clinical trials” product development & tech senior veep Andrew Masters said in a press release.
BioClinica said its entire interoprable clinical trials platform will be optimized for delivery through the eHealth Cloud service.
“The eHealth Cloud creates inherent flexibility, scalability and agility while maintaining the highest levels of quality and security. This represents a major leap forward in clinical trial sponsor empowerment whereby sponsors and CROs’ can choose from cloud delivery options that better enable them to achieve their scientific and business objectives,” eClinical Solutions president Mukhtar Ahmed said in a prepared remark.
