3. Premier buys healthcare software developer InFlow Health

Premier Inc. said it bought healthcare software developer Inflow Health for $6 million.

Inflow Health’s software aggregates financial and operational data from physicians in medical groups to “perform precise calculations that pinpoint exactly where improvements can be made,” Premier said. Read more


2. Konica Minolta snatches up Viztek

Konica Minolta said it acquired digital hardware and software imaging developer Viztek for an undisclosed amount.

Viztek recently introduced its Exa platform for PACS, RIS and EHR systems that allows radiologists and physicians to access images and information remotely, the company said. Read more


1. NovoCure prices $165m IPO

MassDevice.com news

NovoCure priced its initial public offering, saying it looks to raise $165 million by floating 7.5 million shares at $22 a piece.

The company said it is also offering a 30-day underwriters option for an additional 1.1 million shares. NovoCure shares are slated to trade on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “NVCR.” Read more
